What is Koskii's return and exchange policy?
We offer a 7-day return policy for most items in their original, unworn condition with tags intact. Please note that customized or altered garments and certain sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.
How long does shipping take for domestic and international orders?
Domestic orders within India typically arrive within 5-7 business days. International shipping usually takes 10-15 business days depending on the destination and customs clearance processes.
Do you offer customization or stitching services?
Yes, we offer semi-stitched and unstitched options for many of our lehengas and suits. Professional stitching services can be added to your order for an additional fee during the checkout process.
How should I care for my heavily embellished Koskii outfits?
To preserve the intricate embroidery and delicate fabrics, we strictly recommend dry cleaning only for all our premium ethnic wear. Store them in a cool, dry place inside a muslin bag to avoid snagging.
