Return Process

  Log in to your Koskii account, navigate to the 'My Orders' section, and select the item you wish to return or exchange within the eligible window.

  Quality Check Preparation

  Ensure the garment is unworn, unwashed, and has all original tags and packaging intact to qualify for a successful return approval.

  Reverse Pickup

  Once your request is approved, our courier partner will visit your address within 48-72 hours to collect the securely packed parcel.

  Refund or Exchange Processing

  After the item reaches our warehouse and passes quality inspection, we will initiate your refund to the original payment method or ship your replacement item.
